DATA PROTECTION OFFICER

The Company does not have a Data Protection Officer because we do not process personal data to the extent that we are under an obligation to appoint one.

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL BASIS

For the purposes of commercial services and consultancy, for the exercise of the rights and obligations arising from the employment relationship for our employees and for the smooth running of our work, we process the personal data of our customers within the limits set by the regulations on the protection of personal data or to the extent necessary for the performance of our services. The legal basis for the processing is in the performance of the contract and the performance of legal obligations.

We keep the following categories of personal data: name and surname of the customer, permanent or temporary address, tax number, e-mail address, telephone number, personal data of the customer necessary for the notification of news and for other marketing activities.

In these cases, the processing of personal data is carried out within the scope of the personal data and the purposes permitted by the data subject’s declaration until revocation.

We also collect personal data from individuals when they visit our websites, through so-called cookies. Cookies are small text files that give us information about how many times an individual visits our website and what interests them during these visits. Cookies themselves do not contain any personally identifiable information, but if you provide us with this information, it may be linked to the information stored in the cookie. You always have the option of accepting cookies or reject them. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, and you can change this in your settings so that your computer refuses cookies, or so that you receive a warning before a cookie is placed.

No automated decision-making or profiling takes place in relation to your data.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES

We do not disclose or transfer your personal data to organisations or companies based outside the European Union, and we do not transfer your personal data to third countries.

RIGHTS OF INDIVIDUALS

By sending a written request to A&M Colaboradores, marked “personal data” or by email to [email protected], you may request:

access to your personal data collected in connection with you;
the correction of inaccurate data collected in relation to you;
restriction of the processing of personal data;
erasure of all data, provided that the conditions set out in Article 17 of the GDPR are met; or
object to the processing.

We will respond to your request without undue delay and at the latest within one month of receipt of the request. This time limit may be extended by up to two additional months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. In this case, we will inform the data subject of any such extension within one month of receipt of the request, together with the reasons for the delay. We may request additional information from you for the purposes of reliable identification in the event that you exercise your rights in relation to personal data, and we may refuse to take action only if we can demonstrate that we cannot identify you reliably.

The data subject may withdraw the consent given for the processing of personal data at any time, permanently or temporarily, in whole or in part. The request may be sent to A&M Colaboradores, Ulica Angele Vode 35, Ljubljana, 1000 Ljubljana or [email protected] with the subject “personal data”. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until its withdrawal.

The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Information Commissioner, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, e-mail: [email protected]) if he/she considers that his/her personal data are being processed in breach of the applicable regulations governing the protection of personal data.

RETENTION PERIODS FOR PERSONAL DATA

A&M Colaboradores will process the personal data of individuals to the extent necessary for the purposes of the processing and only for as long as is necessary to achieve the pursued objective.

We thus process personal data until the purposes for which they were collected have been fulfilled, within the limitation periods for the obligations that may arise from the processing of such personal data, in particular when the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract, or within the time limits laid down by the regulations. If personal data are processed on the basis of consent, they shall be kept until revoked.

After the expiry of this period, the data shall be deleted.
