Terms of Limited Warranty
Body Flow Pilates offers the following warranty, effective from the date of purchase, to the original owner of the product upon presentation of an original invoice in their name. This warranty covers machine usage in commercial environments.

Body Flow Pilates will repair or replace any mechanical part that malfunctions due to defects in materials and/or workmanship during the warranty period. The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, damage due to negligence, misuse, abuse, modification, or unauthorized repair. Scratches to the finish and tears or indents in the upholstery are also excluded. Body Flow Pilates will, at its discretion, repair or replace any parts deemed defective during the warranty period. If repair or replacement is necessary, products may need to be returned for inspection prior to shipping out replacement parts. Parts repaired or replaced under the terms of this warranty will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period only. Shipping charges, customs clearance fees (where applicable), and installation costs for repaired or replacement parts are not covered by this warranty.

This warranty will be void if safety, maintenance, and usage instructions as specified in the manuals are not followed, if springs are not changed as specified, or if the equipment is used for purposes other than the intended Pilates repertoire. The warranty will also be void if the equipment is subjected to accident, abuse, improper service, or unauthorized modification.

Duration of Limited Warranty

• Metal Frames & Welded Components: 2-year warranty.
• Frame, Upholstery & Springs: 1-year warranty on the machine, and 2 years on the frame, upholstery, and springs. However, all problems caused by production defects are guaranteed regardless of the time limit.
• Other Components: The warranty on all other components covers 1 year from the date of purchase.
• Upholstery: The upholstery fabric will be replaced if it fails to provide normal wear within 2 years from the date of delivery. The warranty excludes cuts, scratches, burns, stains, and other damage caused by unreasonable use. Body Flow Pilates reserves the right to substitute equivalent fabric if the original is not available. Upholstery should be cleaned using water with a few drops of mild cleaning solution, as strong chemicals may void the warranty.

 

Warranty Return Procedure
The customer must contact Body Flow Pilates or its authorized distributor for authorization prior to returning any equipment. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning products to Body Flow Pilates or their appointed distributor for warranty evaluation. Body Flow Pilates is not responsible for damage or loss during shipment. Pre-approved authorization must be obtained before returning items, and the authorization number must be clearly marked on the package.

Limitation of Liability
This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Body Flow Pilates shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
